Are you referring to the law signed by peanut boy that is more then likely unconstitutional as it's trying to alter powers allowed under the constitution?

Why is it you folks want Al Qaeda to be able to freely call into the US and talk to jihadists here without intercepting their calls?

In 1977 President Carter and his attorney general, Griffin B.Bell, authorized warrantless electronic surveillance used in the conviction of two men, Truong Dinh Hung and Ronald Louis Humphrey, for spying on behalf of Viet Nam. The 4th Circuit Court unanimously ruled that the warrantless searches did not violate the men's rights.
