"Referring to other nation's legal rulings, or international rulings, or historical precedents (Magna Carta, etc., etc.)... what about it?"

Seeking opinions on Ginsburg thinking it is ok to use international law to interpret the U.S. Constitution. That you act like you don't even know what my post was about is proof to me that you are a dishonest debater.

"[So... do you?] support the Supreme Court getting more activist"

No.

"a la inserting itself into the Schiavo case?"

I don't know enough about it. I didn't think they did insert themselves in the case, so must not be clear enough on the details to opine. You should post on the subject if it is of interest to you.

I am sure you are aware, but I will point out that I was commenting on the mindset of some on the supreme court, and you seem to be trying to comment on those you don't agree with. Making it personal, so to speak. I will assume that you agree with Ginsburg and those on liberal side of the bench regarding the use of international law to interpret the U.S. Constitution. Can't see why else you would avoid comment.
