Actually marijuana was found to improve memory in lab rats in a recent UK study. A surprise to everyone. Marijuana should be decriminalized completely. It has never killed anyone and legal drugs like liquor and cigarettes as well as many pharmacuticals are far more dangerous. More important, the hemp plant should be legal as it could supply most of our paper pulp and has many other uses including fuel oil. It grows like a weed and is very much renewable. The only reason it is illegal is the paper lobby made it so back in the 20's. Marijuana is now legal in parts of Europe and Canada. They report no significant problems.
