Rosita, I'd love to see you all gussied up! I doubt there will be black ties, but most will be in nice suits and dresses I imagine. But, some will be much more casual, I'm sure. Glad you like the invite! Those are some cute little girls aren't they? On our current project, Hung told the city officials that we don't give "gifts" to officials to be allowed to continue building our projects, the project is the gift, and then he went home to Da Lat. He is sure they will see the light....may take a week or two though.
