That is exactly what I am talking about. What if Bill last time had come out on Oprah and said "Hey, I'm not getting none at home. That's why I'm stepping out in the back room at the office." Would Oprah not have said, "There, there , you poor boy, don't you worry, we going to git you some right now". (Instead of perjuring himself in front of Grand Jury) Would he not have been better off? I'm just saying that lying is not the best policy, whether its grand jury or not. What if JFK had said : "I ain't no war hero, I was against that war, I was big time leader in SDS (or whatever it was). I only shot that kid so I could come home soon" Would we not have had some sympathy for the heaviness on his heart? What if Hill would say: "I'm going to divorce that SOB and start dating Angelina Jolie!" (If it was any shorter, it would make a nice campaign slogan) I bet we would tie up the newspapers and the talk shows from now till election day in 2008. Remember "Honest Abe". We like our predidents to be honest and truthful. That's why Pres. Bush is so well liked. Everybody knows he is telling the truth. The reason he thought there were WMD in Iraq is because Bill and Hill and Kerry and Gore and CIA and FBI and SadDam himself all lied to him. Anybody would have believed it with all that lying going on. Plus, once you start lying, like where were you last nite bill? next thing you know your haveing to go in front of a grand jury. Remember Barbara Walters back in 1992? WHere Hill stood up for her man, and said she baked cookies at home? Half the folks fell for that! I know its a long story but once you start lying it just never ends and they will always catch up to you in the end.
