Chimp's (I mean Cheney) maintains a reign of terror and keeps congress and the press in line. OTOH, if there's a good chance of a successful impeachment (i.e. controlling the house...), then maybe it'll happen. I suspect congressmen fear being singled out and punished if they cross Cheney.
