We cannot blame the white people any longer. Yes, that's right. Blacks can't blame their failures on whites just as an adult child can't blame his/her parents for their problems. Nonetheless, there still exists a cause and effect. Typically, a child with good parenting has an easier time of it as an adult no matter how many negatives are thrown and him/her way. In the same vein, Bill Cosby is beseeching blacks to do a better job of parenting. By doing that, their children as adults will be better able to deal with life's negatives including the discrimination that is intrinsic to this culture.
