Mish

I see you want to revel in your opinions rather than engage in any constructive debate. So be it.

It is equally silly to compare a 1200 sq foot house of 15 years ago to a 4000 square foot house today.

Yes, it is and its sad that the only one doing so is you. You have consistently refused to compare 700 Sq Ft to 700 Sq Ft same house why? Because it points out something you don't want to see, inflation exists across various monetary phenomenons. Why would that scare you? Because it blows your theories to Hell in a hand-basket.

Timba I am not sure if you are being purposely dense or what but it is beyond silly to compare a model T from 1920 to the cheapest Ford today.

Sure it is Mish, sure it is. Just keep saying that and be safe in your hedonically adjusted world where the only reasons prices fluctuate are changes in monetary or credit limits or people spending more frivously than the Mishster.

I wish you well when you go to buy your next hedonically adjusted car for a little bit of cash and a whole lot of hedonics.
