Put into one envelope or package: * a completed application Form SR * a $30 payment to "Register of Copyrights." * nonreturnable copy(ies) of the material to be registered The instructions also partially apply to "several" recordings being submitted at the same time as a collective work; ie album, in which case the document does not state if an individual $30.00 payment is sufficient or not. Your information posted is in accordance with a single submission, that I agree with. Therefore i have yet to submit any works yet. I'll check out that ASCAP site.
