Outside of a MS candidate's thesis, how do you explain such a low-grade intelligence? Shortie? There's money....lots of it that he inherited. That's the only explanation that makes any sense. Somewhere back a ways, there was an arranged marriage done for dynastic purposes........in that union, there was a weak link, resulting in a bad compromising of the genes.
