My girlfriend and I went out back with a pack of my dad's cigarettes and thought no one could see us from the back yard. We forgot the neighbors next door..LOL

Hey, I remember that! I think it was Lucky Strike. Now-a-days, the pc people would pitch a fit over sending cigarettes to hospitalized war veterans because smoking can kill you.

My Mom told me about Dad quitting donating to the Red Cross. It seems that the Red Cross would get tons of cigarettes donated by the mfgrs for the GI's in hospitals in WWII and then turned around and sold them to the GI's. Pissed him off no end.
