Bush could easily have blamed Clinton for 9/11, but he didn't. I tend to disagree. I cant remember the # of times its been said "our armed forces are weaker coz of Clinton Administration", I cant remember the # times its been said "9/11 happened because folks on Clinton Administration watch did not pass on the info to the new administration"..... BTW : I neither love Bush, nor hate Clinton (or vice versa) : both are politicians, and need to be understood as such.
