For a guy who seems to think that women control the world from below their belly buttons, you have completely overlooked a complete facet of the value of the Porsche.

HAHA! I like your style! I quit trying to please them decades ago - it was total futility - hehe. No back seat in the spyder - do you have one in the porsche for those "tender moments?" Give me a reason why Debbie lafavre walks free for molesting a 14 year old and her charges got dropped - but all the men here would be in jail for 10 years for doing what she did in fla - who has the power again?

"And no Toyota, irrespective of how "pimped" it might be, can compete."

With enough money, you can make a ford pinto outperform any porsche. The point was you could spend very little money and outperform a car costing almost triple. I think most are here because we are looking for VALUE eh - not because we like OVERPAYING? My friend from croatia was a big BMW fan - said america sucked because we have no autobahn and cars cant go over 70mph. We took a ride in a 93 toyota supra turbo with a few cheap mods and he changed his opinions about NO TOYOTA being able to compete with german goodness. I seriously doubt your 80K porsche would hold a candle to that particular 38K supra turbo at 140+.

I also doubt you have driven your Toyota at 146 MPH with anywhere near the stability and safety of the 911 (any of the three main versions of the past 15 years).

I have driven it up to 135 - it rattled my teeth so bad I thought all my dental work was to fall out. There are cheap modifications for that too - but now you get into things not toyota designed and installled. When top end speed is the goal, pull out the supra turbo. The thing is - there are very few places I can drive everyday at 140+ where I currently live - but there are corners that I can take at 1.33g ALL OVER.
