7:05PM UTStarcom receives Nasdaq delisting notification (UTSI) by Ruth Mantell SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- UTStarcom Inc. (UTSI) Wednesday evening said it has received notice from the Nasdaq indicating that the company's shares will be delisted March 29 unless it requests a hearing. UTStarcom noted that it is not in compliance with a Nasdaq marketplace rule because it has not yet filed its 2005 10-K. The networking company added that it plans to request a hearing.
