What purpose does it serve to keep these films from the public if they do exist? Absolutely none, if what actually happened is what they say happened. Of course if it wasn't as alleged, folks might start to figure out the extent of the depravity of this administration. I don't think we were told the truth about the "attack". Their withholding evidence that would support their version supports that view. YMMV.......

Their existence has been reported by various credible sources and independently verified by credible sources, including eye witness who watched dumbfounded as private property was confiscated in a due process vacuum. RE: "What purpose does it serve to keep these films from the public if they do exist?" Now, that one is subject to speculation. The usual motive for absconding with evidence of a crime is to either cover up the crime, or the trail leading to the criminals responsible. The most interesting aspect of the missing tapes is the FBI knew exactly which tapes they wanted to abscond with, where each was located, and had all of them in hand within a matter of minutes after the attack. Funny thing is they did the same thing at Oklahoma City and those tapes were never released to the public either.
