Hey jack I don't recall saying that clinton and NATO were not successful in removing Milosevic nor did I say that Milosevic was not responsible for human rights abuses so pay attention jack.... The information I posted was with regards to what was left and who really benefited from clinton and NATO success. If your had read what was posted and comprehended what you read you would understand that there is now a radical islam problem in Bosnia and surrounding areas as a result of NATO and clinton defending radical islam in those areas....was there another way? And still you have not answered the original question.... was the clinton-NATO war in the Balkins legal?? using your own terms for what is a legal war please answer the question?
