I am not sure. I think you should ask UA, because they are the US partner for ShangHai airline. Or you can also try some Chinese travel agency, like CTRP?<g> They should be able do it for you and mail it to you, and I think they should take credit card too. But first try UA

LOL, Stupid UTSI bet against their own motherland standard, invested more than one billion Yuan RMB in acquiring European WCDMA technology for nothing. Now it has to give up WCDMA completely, and turn to TD-SCDMA. I have NO sympathy for them<g>. And when I think about Japanese Softbank holds 40% (or something like that) of the company, I am laughing ear to ear<G>

I wonder maybe that is why some funds/shorts or whoever sold millions of shares the other day?<g> Those earliest investors in China have united together and fighting the crook Wang Qiong.
