I am a subscriber to the belief that: (i) everywhere will blow up (ii) while the most outrageous will be saved for the end (iii) but the progression of the sequence of collapse will be shock and awe 10 x over (iv) once it seriously starts, the progression, few will have the sense to run and hide, fewer still will have the opportunity, and so the casualty rate will be very high, assuring us of a thorough cleansing (v) the resultant feast ought to be delicious, and the spectacle should be inspiring ... but, we are far from the end game as yet, and so there is still plenty of time before we need to go 100% physical gold ;0) chugs, j
