E, you have a big job to get all that done. Good luck but with corrupt administrators and lousy, tenured destroyed staff, its a daunting task. Is anyone doing what you propose? I doubt it and you will blame buah for not funding enough and you know that money goes down the rat hole in these schools for the most part. Get rid of the unions and the teacher who are a waste. Pay staff well but treat them no different from other workers. Put some business folk in place to run the business portion of the operation and then i will be with you and we wont need vouchers. OOPS the AFT and the NEA wont let this happen. Now how do you overcome that.
