If we make no changes as far as voting is concerned, we will continue to have the same results. I said nothing about poll tax. But perhaps your permanent ID, including your citizenship status, embedded with your HS graduation certificate would be a good start ..... But then again, michael....the way it is now, we can just leave the borders open, with anyone who wants coming in, and voting, as well as collecting all the "stores" our government has to offer.....
