Any little obscure outfit that claimed to have ties to developing the latest, greatest alternative fuel, no matter how remote or undeveloped or unfunded it was, seems to had a surge of buying in the last hour or so on Friday.
Very peculiar to fathom that somewhere, a group or groups of speculators decided to orchestrate such a surge in the last hour.
With most of these companies being so low priced and lightly followed, it doesn't take a whole lot of money or hyping or feeding frenzy to affect the last hour.
It may have stemmed from the OTD news
