Difficult. India and China are already running out of Senior Manager manpower. They will need to import from the US and Europe as Senior Managers in India are getting to be more expensive on purchasing power parity basis than US managers. Even in dollar terms, top level managers are approaching low end of the manager salaries in the US. At some point, some US managers will realize that they can have a grand life in India despite lower dollar salaries. British civil servants enjoyed their stay a lot during the Raj.

English speaking college graduates in US workforce number about 120 million. Rate of production is about 4 million a year. English speaking college graduates in India are only about 20 million. Rate of production is more like 1 million a year at best (the ones who communicate well in English).

>Hundreds of millions of new jobs will be created in China and India in coming years -- get your mind around it. It is staring you in the face.>

There has probably been only a net addition of 5 million jobs in India after 20 years of IT and 5 years of Business Process Outsourcing. Indian manufacturing sector has actually not gained significant number of jobs as companies have become more efficient.
