Yes, that's it Nadine. I was trying to think of the American word as I didn't think mince was it. Now that I think of it, in Ottawa, I think we could get 25% fat content ground beef. After boiling, there would be a slab of fat 1cm thick [when solidified again in the refrigerator] which we'd lift off and chuck. It was great working in Canada. In 2.7 years, we saved enough to buy half a house back in NZ. Most Canadians blew through their money [eating out, vacations in Caribbean, clothes etc]. We squirreled flat out. Mqurice
