So it sounds like Plasticon's sales and revenues for this period of time were slim. But yet Turek kept saying sales were strong.

It sounds like it all started by Turek not paying his bills, so the molder said I will use the molds as collateral to collect my money. If Turek did not owe the molder money, he could have walked right into the molder and picked up his molds. Since Turek was not paying the molder, he added a little more pressure by making product and selling it to Turek's customers. I guess that is what you get when you don't pay you bills.
