and No. NJ. NAR is just surveying a sample, making it bogus IMO.

Florida just came out for February, sales down 20% yoy, and frigging NAR would have you believe the south was up 3%.

On loan orginations, as I've been stating, purchase index from MBAA shows an average of 399 over last six weeks, versus 447 in January, 448 in December, and 470 in October. That's a market in serious retreat. NAR is bogus, bogus, and I repeat bogus, and a scam, a high school student could do a better survey.
