fynley/proximan...this may be the worst post of all time...I responded to you on RB like this..

"why haven't they R/S'd already proximan?.....

and just so I understand...if they do a 100 to 1 reverse split the share price will be less than it is today....?

Somebody shut the doors...they are all escaping....

BTW you are taking a $24,000,000 market cap (assuming 4 billion shares x .0059) and making it a
$200,000 dollar market cap (40 million shares x .005)in a moment ...isn't the cadillac and condo Turek bought worth that?

This calls for a Yuengling....very uneducated post"

Well, you are certainly entitled to your opinion....and you do have somne valid points...all I can say is do your own dd and make your own decisions and then live with them...if you get suckered by PUMPERS or BASHERS, frankly you only have yourself to blame, as we are all responsible for our own decisions, and listening to anybody but yourself is a recipe for disaster, imo....

My guess is down the road PLNI will be much higher or much lower. You just need to decide, on your own, which you think it will be, and then act based on your own DD.....

YOU control your own destiny, nobody else does...if you do not like PLNI, then I would say you are best to sell and move on..there isnt a single stock traded on any exchange in which you should hold long if you do not believe it will move up...if you dont like it, sell it....if you do like it, buy it or hold it...pretty simple, but only YOU can decide what is best for YOU....Good luck......

LOL, I guess it's story time well how about this...

PLNI financed all their purchases by selling stock certificates after their "private financing" fell through. That's what the market is for. Now they have three successful companies making money and no debt. Hmmmmmm, Lets also say that 03 and 04 numbers look like your account, negative BUT 05 numbers with Promold and Semco look VERY geed. What impact would that have on the price d%$#head? (I mean that in a friendly manner.)

SOX audits are extremely difficult for any company regardless of the availability or accuracy of your records. Accountants see this as a HUGE opportunity to screw all companies large or small by asking for duplicate or non essential information to pad their fees. I am a strong believer that this is what PLNI is going through.

So we have all been through the pinkland story before however... this one does have a happy ending... therealfly aka shortsinthesand sells his 1,000 shares that he has owned for a year for a loss. The next day the stock price goes from .0058 to .05 and everybody is happy except therealfly.

Oh well, you can take that back to your criminal friends. I am sure someday soon you all will be sharing spit with bubba.

LOL, I'm a believer. PLNI is transforming from a 17 year old start up company to a growth company with much more to come.

Only one comment, otherwise Iwanna has said it all...

Each time the audit was interrupted... each change in auditors... requires that the audit start over from the beginning. The new auditor will not sign off on items from another auditor. Just doesn't happen. When did Mendoza, Berger and Co. sign on to audit PLNI? Late 2005 early 2006?

Look.. I too have red numbers on my display. No one likes being in the red. But you need to look here

smallbusiness.dnb.com

Note the bottom address...PROMOLD

and here

smallbusiness.dnb.com

to find out the revenue WITHOUT PLNI/Bluelinx included, and then figure out why two profitable companies would suddenly become a scam? Hell ProMold has over 50 employees working 24/6... are they a scam? Semco has offices in Hong Kong... are those folks a scam?

I think you are wrong... and will be proven such as time progresses. JMHO
