half of my gradschool Statistics class were from Taiwan
they were all nice guys, only an isolated woman
they were meek and brilliant
one guy set the record for the Probability PhD qualifier exam
is it any surprise that Dell R&D is all in Taiwan ???

NEWS ALERT !!!
Argentina, Brazil, Netherlands, Sweden, Turkey, Thailand, and six other nations
announced they will open giant video arcade institutes
they will all be staffed by US hotshot kids
salaries will start at $100k per instructor
qualifications require Asteroid, PACMAN, SuperMario, and numerous more modern game expertise
a premium is placed on the violent war games,
which US kids seem to have a natural instinct for

these nations want their populations to come to speed with US skill levels
reward systems will include french fries, snickers, M&Ms, and diet soda
juices with corn syrup are only for standout students
they also want to improve their diets

fuchnA tweety bird, does this country got its head up its ass?
or what?

<not being optimistic?> I am not optimistic that stupid people will make good decisions. Stupid is all relative -- and relative to the job requirement of being President (for example), we are heavily invested in stupid. Iraq is the poster child for stupid.
