I am no expert on his program but I specifically heard him say in one of his recent speeches that we need all of the things I outlined including INCREASED border security. He didnt mention using the national guard if that is what you mean, but he did say more agents, more surveilance etc. jdn

Reuters Huge blast rocks French university building 22 minutes ago A huge explosion destroyed a French university building in the eastern city of Mulhouse on Friday, injuring several people, the fire brigade said. The explosion at the institute of chemistry on the university campus was heard across much of the city, witnesses said. The cause of the blast was not immediately known.
