It's like asking people on the street about preferences in brain surgery techniques. Nobody here truly understands this complex iTunes/France issue. Therefore, our opinions about it are quite irrelevant.

Stall, withdraw, then eventually capitulate.

Stall, use legal maneuver, gain as much time as possible, to become even more entrenched.

Withdraw temporarily to provoke anger among users at the government people who proposed and passed the law.

Capitulate with a compromise not too long after that. Stall again. Repeat.
