I just reread this Message 22257652 and checked if NY had cheaper rates for electricity at night , and found this.. "" nyseg.com which all relates to wind turbines not only producing electricity during peak daytime hours.. which relates to the importance of energy storage with wind turbines during "off Peak" production for more efficient use.
