[UTX] Shack .. They are tied to CPST for the Microturbines. Ken W mentioned this. "CPST breakout, volume is about 4 times run rate for this time of day..Short interest as of Feb. 15 was about 13mm shares. I would imagine with reporting coming up of Mar. short interest some of today's volume is covering. Also, the federal gov't is supposed to release their military applications for saving energy..mircoturbines is one of those applications. CPST now has GSA approval, the GSA is, as you know the purchasing agent for the gov't. Follow the bouncing ball grasshopper." Thanks Ken.
