All pure noise IMO. 1 billion new people will enter the modern global economy in coming years. If you think that US housing prices outweigh this basic economic fact of life, then so be it. There is no country on earth more impacted by globalization than is the USA -- you are dreaming if you think this is an issue for people in other places and less so for us. To focus so much on housing is to be concerned with the arrangement of the deck chairs on the titanic.
