Are you threatening someone with legal action because they posted on a message board? For your sake I hope you have been utilizing your recent down time to prepare an attempt at a legal defense for what is coming once this stage is over. That seems rather inconsistent with your posts. You are posting against what you believe is an abuse of the legal system. Yet, you seem to be proposing something very similar.

. moonbeam, boy...you are so worthless in the natural scheme that God has woven into all of life that you are no longer needed here or on the Moon or on Mars or on Venus or anywhere else in God's great galaxy...tra la, moonbeam boy... Let the public guess exactily WHO YOU really are... I already know... O' and regarding those past posts only one was in doubt because Carole Remond's publisher at the WSJ pulled her original story from the newswire BECAUSE of legal implications regarding the journals part in the whole Elgindy mess...but in court it was a different story...the fact that he carried a Mexican I.D. card issued to faciliate his boarder crossing...even though it had expired it was still possible that the quick 'pass reader' at the boarder could have let him pass through without any problem... moonbeam, boy read through court transcrips and you will see that I was right about the Mexican I.D. boarder 'quick', no talk to the boarder guard pass that Amr carried on his person...Amr carried this special I.D. for one reason and one reason only...and I know that you know what I am writing about here... moonbeam, before you take your leave from this board to try to find Amr's 'hidden' treasure in Mexico; it would be a good idea for you to also get one of those 'quickie' boarder passes...happy hunting...HA, HA, HA; good bye moonbeam, boy...
