I can't see Randy Quaid in that movie after seeing him in "Christmas Vacation" with Chevy Chase.

I nominate this for the Most Unmanly Lawsuit award.

(I can't see Dennis Quaid in it either.)

Ah, Randy Quaid played the creepy boss in that movie. That makes sense. I thought it was Dennis Quaid, and was very surprised that he'd take that role.

As you can tell, I never saw the movie. But I love Dennis Quaid.

It does look like there was misrepresentation as to the potential for the film -- potential hard to prove that it rises to the level of commercial fraud, but that's what lawsuits are for.

Speaking of Dennis Quaid, I saw a preview for a new comedy where he plays a President obviously based on Bush. Willem Dafoe plays the Vice President, obviously based on Cheney. It looks hilarious. Something to offend everybody.

Will cause Bushbots everywhere to short circuit.

Neeka,

I think the point is that the producers hired Quaid on the cheap, representing the film as a low budget, low grossing Indie, and the representations were false.

He wants his piece of the pie.
