Limbaugh was the main rabblerouser in the 90's in rural areas, trying to drum up massive hatred and distrust of the government.

That's an exaggeration at best.

Of course it was strictly for far rightwing partisan reasons.

Again an exaggeration at best. Limbaugh isn't as far as I can tell purely partisan. Being a conservative ideologue is not the same thing as being a partisan Republican. Limbaugh is perhaps a bit of each, but he isn't above criticizing Bush.

You remember when some people blamed Limbaugh and the Oklahoma City bombing simply because he was ramping up the hatred vs. the government. He was partly responsible.

Nonsense. Even inflammatory nonsense. If someone went out and killed Rush, would you be responsible because you made your comment? Of course not.

Rush accurately pointed out that the regulatory and tax burdens grew under Clinton. That doesn't make him responsible for violent fanatics.
