So, your proposing the ENTIRE DJIA was subject to "speculation and overvaluation" during the Clinton/Rubin years? LOL!

Entire as in every single stock? Maybe not. Entire as in overall the index was overvalued? Yes.

Edit - And the index was probably undervalued before the 90s which helped cause such a big increase in the 90s.
