Everyone was complaining we had to figure out the debt to earning ratio and then compute various scenarios on the debt to earning with a higher ratio on a FHA loan...with 4% points on one.

It was ridiculous, we're not mortgage bankers and if I ever had to find out, I'd call in a mortgage broker..they're all over the place. Besides, no one gets a FHA mortgage anymore...there are much better conventional loan programs.

This was never mentioned in any of our classes...just thrown in with seven questions all tied in one way or another to this FHA loan.

You won't believe this.
I was checking Guy Buffet's web site and he will be in Newport Beach on June 8.
