it was not a trick question. Freedom of speech is great when it leads to many different opinions to be expressed. "Freedom of speech with one dominant voice" and no opposing views reminds me too much of Stalin and Hitler.

Long time ago I've participated in an experiment when free market approach was tried within the single corporation. It was short success followed by complete failure. What we discovered is that free market does not work very well if there is no free market - one dominant voice of the CEO.

So my take on it is that by protecting one dominant voice in a school you are not protecting freedom of speech
