He only paid a little over $100k in 1978.. Annual appreciation just under 20%.. I guess every leveraged bubblehead out there hopes for the same results the next 10 years<g>

The problem Rogers will have, and I have talked about it before - is the long arm of the law and MR. IRS are much more global than the old days. It not like colonial times where you could just go beat up on a few indians and find a new place to live and escape all that oppression.
