Saddam had nothing to do with Al Qaida. Like I've said many times, if Bush had one scintilla of evidence he'd be broadcasting it and boasting about it. It would get him off the hook for the entire war. But you know better than Bush, huh? You and your website intel? By the way, I read your junk. It doesn't mean anything. It's guesswork, speculation. And it's false.

While it may be true that Hussein would have loved to have taken part in the 9/11 attacks, the evidence leaves us with no reason to think he actually had anything to do with it. It's important to remember that bin Laden considers Saddam Hussein an infidel, and that he is on record as publicly stating that infidel governments of Arab lands, including Iraq specifically, had to be brought down. It's also important to note that he made that statement after the meeting you have been referring to. By the way, if a real relationship did exist, why weren't there more meetings? Why are Bush apologists such as yourself forced to extrapolate from just the one? - Allen
