The Fed can print, but they can not control where it goes.
They can not even make sure it goes anywhere at all.

The philster is certain the fed and pimco and offshore accounts are CONTROLLING what the money affects - namely bonds and interest rates and such. Maybe that was hoover's problem back in his day - he was not creative enough to think of the offshore manipulation that the philster claims is going on to grossly manipulate markets.
