Hey - you've seen my posts. Everyone has defenders and detractors. You know. You've been attacked by those who claim you are what you are not.

I try to get information from what I read without regard to the claims. Then I do my own DD and make my own decisions. I do the same when I read the NY Times. I really don't care about the author's past. I think we all would do better with this approach.

Most who post on message boards have some type of agenda and create enemies or name-callers, when the message reaches a certain number of people.

I respect your posts and your background in scam fighting. However, I do hope that, with your background, you don't ignore the potential for scamming that hides under the topics that are raised. Much can be done to find out the truth. The system needs changes, from the role of MM's to the secrecy of hedge funds.

Does some of this hide penny scams or is it an attempt to divert? I'm sure it is. But that's no reason to ignore this scam or to minimize it.

As for the SEC, we both know that it is virtually a powerless hulk of an agency. We know that they have neither the resources nor desire to clean up the scam penny stocks or to create an environment that will lead to less scams. The same can be said in the NSS area. The whole agency needs a revamp.
