I think there is a lot of truth to that. Even worse it tends to FEED ON ITSELF. Meaning, as these poor, comparatively illiterate populations grow, they tend to breed far more then more educated peoples, resulting in growth of home grown poverty areas with resultant increase in crime, violence and a feeling of utter uselessness. If it were POSSIBLE, which it is not of course, to totally wall off this country allowing only trained people to immigrate, over time this nation would be a first class country with a much higher standard of living for all. This is probably reviewed as an Elitist attitude and not politically correct, but it is the truth. jdn
