The Natural Resources Defense Council needs to come up with some solutions, because from here it looks like they are part of the problem. The Government is always the problem when you are trying to create energy. Nuclear power is a mess because the Government invented it. If it had come from the private sector, we would be using the hell out of it. Central planning from the "Commanding Heights" is always the worst way to do anything. Sometimes we have to use it. Police and MIlitary, for instance. But when we do it costs about ten times as much as it would privately, and doesn't work well.
