Ashburn Va. -- and the best part is the 2 - 3 hours of am rush hour and 2 - 3 hours of pm rush hour that brings Rt. 7 to a crawl.

I had to drive through it once. I was kind of stunned at how congested it was.

I thought I saw a development with the name "The Gridlockes at Bankruptcy Place"
