You're the one claiming that things are getting better. You stated it as a fact, but didn't offer any supporting evidence whatsoever. You accused someone else here of "presenting zilch". Well, that's what you did.

You made the satement. I'm asking you to support the statement.

FYI, clearly, there may be some things that are getting better in Iraq. But even if there are some areas where there is some improvement, I don't think it can reasonably said that the situation, in total, is getting better.
