Re Crystallex, KRY does not 'win' anything other that perform the work on behalf of the goverment of Venezuela which dicates how the operations will be conducted. Thus Crystallex is a contract operator in a leftist country where Chavez is bent on attacking foreign operators. Crystallex only holds a contract to exploit the deposit but does NOT own the gold. No wonder that Crystallex insiders have AVOIDED holding more than TOKEN share positions. Shareholders have paid and will continue to pay a heavy price.
