The deeper meaning I was trying to convey is that this silver tongued devil Cicero - thought to be a great man and wonderful orator and humanitarian - was in reality a backstabbing low life hypocritical lawyer. His actions and his words conflicted concering the 6 mistakes of man. He practically committed all the 6 mistakes many times himself.

Antony's wife Fulvia took Cicero's head, pulled out his tongue, and jabbed the tongue repeatedly with her hairpin, taking a final revenge against Cicero's power of speech.

Now as you were talking about waking up to REALITY - I would just like to point out that most of the congressman and lawmakers I see are the typical LAWYER like Cicero! Hypocritical silver tongued devils that will say anything to save thier skin but are scoundrels who don't practice what they preach!

Many people loved Cicero - even though he killed roman citizens without a fair trial. What is different back then compared to today? Mish shows you a link where james spader is offended the american people do not rise up - they still love thier leaders - no matter the offenses they commit.

Its Cicero all over again.

Throughout the Republic, the administrative system was revised several times to comply with new demands. In the end, it proved inefficient for controlling the ever-expanding dominion of Rome, contributing to the establishment of the Roman Empire.

This is our Problem now Elroy - too much diversity - too little ability to make it all conform to one national system. Too little representation.

Just like in star wars, the republic is replaced by an empire with a few pig men at the top running the show. Seems like what is happening today to me as the wealth gap widens.

Strangely however - the 5 good emporers are when Rome reached its heights - not when it was a republic of equal citizens. But when darth sidious, darth vader and friends ruled the land - hehe.

Where would america and the world be today if the civil war in the USA had left 2 seperate nations? Or 20? Is our diversity our strength? Or is our union our strength?
