RE: "I'd accept all the little straw men you put up. I don't think most judges would prosecute the straw men you describe."

Maybe I don't know how the law works, but from what I've seen they don't use common sense. They follow the book even when the book has errors they never thought of. I prefer laws that are well-thought out, rather than hastily put together to garner votes.

RE: "I don't CARE if the illegals are "hard workers", they're ILLEGAL."

I'd like to see a sincere focus on prosecuting the criminals, rather than simply piling on more laws that never get enforced purely to attract voters.

RE: "Most people that help illegals KNOW they're illegal"

That's probably true. Again, I like to see a well-thought out law. Don't laugh at my point, Congress likes to slap together laws that have huge unintended problems.

RE: "Is your lawn boy threatened Amy?"

No, we do any home-related projects ourselves (actually right now, my sig is temporarily doing most of the home stuff himself including the cleaning & cooking - lucky me!) We're incredibly pretty frugal in this regards. I did hire someone from a corporation to build some shelves, but he was legal.

Btw, could you please give me your impression on the following questions:

(I'm sincerely curious)

RE: "bario"

What % were criminals vs hard-workers? Were the majority of the criminals that you may have seen unemployed? I suspect they were.

I think where you and I differ, is I am more concerned about criminals. The USA has gone downhill due to all the crime. I'm less concerned about people that work hard. I'd focus more on the crime.

Either way, tell me what your impression is of bario in terms of % crime vs % hard-workers. Just curious.
