what do you think, is a judgment coming out soon in the IMR/AQI trial? After reviewing the website summary of closing arguments, it seems like aqi has the stronger position, as far as I can tell, ie, IMR made no bones about relying exclusively on the aqi data set to make their claim. They say the data was not confidential, and so, they could use it....but seems unlikely a court would agree that the data set was not confidential.

gotta love the aqi chart, looks like a large cup and handle, with the handle composed of ascending triangle, and now clear breakout from triangle. Meantime, IMR shows no clear trend...the market seems to think aqi has the stronger position as well.
